INTRO

The Downtown Living Tour is presented by the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, Inc., a private, not-for-profit, professional downtown management organization, representing all property owners and tenants within the central business district. It is the hope of the Downtown Committee that the Downtown Living Tour builds awareness of the importance of residential development as a key element in a vibrant and successful downtown, as well as increases awareness of the revitalization taking place in Downtown Syracuse. Staying within the color parameters indicated by the client and keeping in mind that this logo would be used on various corporate swag, we created this warm and inviting logo. Taking a minimalistic approach on the Syracuse skyline and including the well-known AXA tower as well as a few historic buildings mixed in with the new, we ensured that people could recognize the city of Syracuse with a glance which in turn would give the logo a deeper meaning.
