We’ll begin with refreshments and light bites while learners hear experts from Syracuse Media Group share tips and ideas about apps and other digital tools.
Then we’ll connect learners with our high school volunteers to learn how to:
• Discover and download apps
• Take and share pictures and video
• Connect with family and friends on facebook
• Read the ePost-Standard and other ePublications
• Do more with your device
VOLUNTEER
You’ll work with adult learners, eager to connect with the world on their device, helping them use Facebook, take photos, and download apps. As a volunteer, you’ll get a valuable community service for your college applications and enjoy being part of helping a senior discover the possibilities available to them through this technology.
