  • AMNY meets with partner to learn their event vision and goals.
  • AMNY will create a high-level plan that includes key milestones, partners, speaker management, and facilitation of communication between all parties involved in the event.

PLANNING & ACTIVATION

PLANNING & ACTIVATION

  • AMNY will manage the deliverables and deadlines to ensure onboard, preparation, and day of activation expectations are achieved.
  • We will provide creative services and support to design pre-event promotional materials and onsite event collateral, such as printed programs, agenda posters, and digital signage.
  • Create a promotional campaign to activate the goal audience and boost event registrations.

REPORTING

REPORTING

  • Our team will produce post-event documentation including an event summary with event details and suggested copy for your post event emails.
  • You will receive a list of leads from the audience activation campaign for your own use.

Mentoring Monday connects professionals from the Central New York women’s business community. This dynamic in-person event brings together experienced leaders and young professionals for a unique networking opportunity. The format includes a keynote speaker, open and structured speed networking, and guided table discussions.

The All-CNY High School Sports Awards event is a culmination of the entire year of high school sports. The event celebrates top athletes, coaches, teams and programs across Central New York (Section III). Nominees will be announced prior to the event and winners will be announced on site during the ESPY-style award ceremony.

NY Cannabis Insider events help the New York State cannabis industry surge forward by providing reliable, timely and important cannabis industry information and networking opportunities to help inform this new business sector. Full-day conferences and after-work networking events are held statewide to engage this business community.

During the February school break, a small medallion will be hidden in an area open to the public in Onondaga County. A new clue will be shared daily on syracuse.com, The Post-Standard, the ePost-Standard, Twitter (#syrtreasurehunt), Facebook, and Snapchat until the medallion has been found. The winner receives a cash prize.

E.V. NY is New York’s annual conference for the grape and wine industry, combining the resources of the New York Wine & Grape Foundation, Cornell’s Extension Enology Lab, and the Finger Lakes Grape Program. The conference invites academic and industry experts to present information that addresses important issues for the industry, and to do so in a way that provides practical information to those who attend. The event hosts hundreds of attendees and trade show exhibitors annually.

The Best & Brightest awards gives a platform for the community to celebrate deserving high school seniors located in Central New York. Students nominate themselves with an application, essay, letters of recommendation and details about their academic successes, extracurricular activity and service to their school and community. We recognize their accomplishments at an annual awards and networking ceremony.

As a regional partner with the Scripps National Spelling Bee, syracuse.com | The Post-Standard helps students within the CNY community to discover a knack for spelling a passion for competition by providing a pathway from the classroom to the national stage. The local winner receives a stipend for travel and lodging to attend the national competition held in Washington, D.C.
