  • AMNY meets with partner to learn their event vision and goals.
  • AMNY will create a high-level plan that includes key milestones, partners, speaker management, and facilitation of communication between all parties involved in the event.

PLANNING & ACTIVATION

PLANNING & ACTIVATION

  • AMNY will manage the deliverables and deadlines to ensure onboard, preparation, and day of activation expectations are achieved.
  • We will provide creative services and support to design pre-event promotional materials and onsite event collateral, such as printed programs, agenda posters, and digital signage.
  • Create a promotional campaign to activate the goal audience and boost event registrations.

REPORTING

REPORTING

  • Our team will produce post-event documentation including an event summary with event details and suggested copy for your post event emails.
  • You will receive a list of leads from the audience activation campaign for your own use.
